The policy applies to any information that you may provide to us in person or through our website when you contact us or submit information to us by email, by telephone, by using our online forms. It also applies to information provided when you place an order.
Miss Ava’s Millinery is the data controller and we are responsible for your personal data (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy notice).

WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
Personal data means any information capable of identifying an individual. It does not include anonymised data.

By law we have to keep basic information about our sales and customers (including Invoice, Sales, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for 7 years after a financial transaction has taken place for tax purposes.
